Data
Booked, as in written down.
Long before it meant a full calendar, to book something meant to write it into the ledger. That older meaning is the half of our name we care about most. Everything we learn about your buyers is recorded, and the record belongs to you.
Why it matters
A network lives in heads. A record lives in the company.
A network knows who to call and who owes a favor. It also walks out the door when a good salesperson does. Nothing about it can be inspected, improved or handed to the next hire.
A record can. When every company considered, every person researched and every reply is written down, you can see what is working and what is not. You can ask why one kind of buyer answers and another stays quiet.
You can also hand the whole thing to someone new on a Monday morning and they can carry on by lunch. That is the difference between outreach that happened once and an engine you own.
What goes in the book
Six kinds of entry, all of them yours.
- The buyerWho you sell to, written plainly, with the reasons behind it.
- The accountsEvery company considered, including the ones we left out and why.
- The researchNotes on each person and company, kept where your team can read them.
- The messagesEvery message as it was written, with the thinking behind it.
- The repliesEvery answer, what it meant, and what happened next.
- The handoffsEvery conversation passed to a seller, with the story so far.
Whose book it is
Yours, from the first entry.
We work inside your systems wherever we can, so the record builds up on your side while the work happens. When we leave, nothing needs exporting, because none of it was kept anywhere else.
Before the work starts we agree a baseline with you: where things stand today, written down, so the change can be measured against it instead of argued about. We report against that baseline as we go.
We do not resell research, pool your data with anyone else's, or carry your buyer list into the next piece of work. What we learn about your market stays in your book.
If it is not written down, it did not happen. If it is written down, it is yours.
