Outbound, built in and handed over

Outbound

Written for one person. Read by one person first.

A list is many people. A message is for one of them.

Most outreach a buyer receives was written for a list, and it reads that way. Ours starts with one company and one person inside it. Nothing goes out until someone on our side has read it and would be glad to have their name under it.

Before a word is written

The writing is the last step.

Outbound starts with a decision about who the buyer is. That means a plain description of the company that needs you and the moment it tends to need you. A job title pulled from a filter is a starting point at best. We write the description down with you and argue about it until it is right.

Then the research. For each company we read what is public: what they make, who they sell to, what has changed lately and who owns the problem you solve. For each person we look for the one detail that makes a note worth opening.

Only then do we write. One message, one person, about their situation, in your voice. If the note could go to the next name on the list without a change, it gets rewritten.

What we run

The parts of the engine, and who does them.

  • ResearchEvery account and every person read up on before any contact.
  • WritingMessages and calls written for the person, about their work, in your voice.
  • ReviewA human reads every message before it goes. Anything generic is sent back.
  • RepliesPeople answer people. Interested buyers go to your sellers with the story so far.
  • ConsentWe contact people in their working role, about their work. A stop request ends contact at once.
  • RecordEvery step is written into your own systems as it happens. More on the record.

Around the outbound

A buyer will look you up. Give them something to find.

Outbound works better when the buyer checks you out afterwards and likes what they see. Where your buyer map says it matters, we add an authority layer around it: press coverage, short video, and a site that answers the questions a buyer actually asks instead of listing services.

We also do the search work, so that when a buyer asks an AI assistant for a shortlist in your field, your name has a fair chance of being on it. These pieces support the engine. The outbound is the engine.

When we leave

What stays behind.

When the work is producing real conversations, we hand it over. You keep the playbook that explains who we contact and why. You keep every message and the reasoning behind it.

You keep the research and the record of every reply. And you keep people on your side who have run it alongside us and know how it works when nobody from here is in the room.

We would rather be missed than needed.
