Privacy notice

This notice covers this website and the one form on it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your first and last name, work email, company, company website, role and your message. If you write to us directly at colette.quincy@bookedagency.co, we receive your message and the address it came from.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one thing: to answer the request you made. That might mean writing back, asking a question about your business, or preparing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details to market anything else to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months, so there is a record of the conversation if you come back to us. Then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Booked Agency who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them, and we do not pass them to anyone else for their own use.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track which pages you read. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for them in the ordinary way any web server would.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to colette.quincy@bookedagency.co, or use the contact form and say so in your message. If you would like us to stop contacting you, reply stop to anything we send and we will not write again.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
